Newest QS World University Rankings by Subject was published on the 27th of February. NES was included into the Economics and Econometrics group and placed in the top 200 (from 151 to 200 place) of the best universities in the world. Moscow State University also joined NES on the same category and place.
This year only seven Russian universities entered the Economics and Econometrics group. For the first time NES was included in the QS World University Rankings by Subject in 2017 in the top 200 in the world and top 3 in Russia.
QS is one of the most famous and respected international rankings. The evaluation of institutions in the Rankings by Subject is based on the four main criteria - academic reputation, the opinion of employers, citation index of articles and the h-index.
