The new NES Professor is Davide Cianciaruso


At the beginning of the new academic year, a new professor, Davide Cianciaruso, arrives at the NES. He received his master's degree in Economics and Finance from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and then completed a master's program at Northwestern University in Illinois. There, at the Kellogg School of Management, Davide received a PhD degree. He began his education by studying economics and social sciences at the Bocconi University, in Milan.

Prior to the NES, Davide Cianciaruso taught for five years at the Department of Accounting and Management Control of the Higher Commercial School of Paris (HEC Paris). His research interests include: information economics, information disclosure, Bayesian methods, asset pricing, income management. His papers are published in Economic Theory, Journal of Accounting Research, Management Science.
