Educational audit of MAE belongs to one of the very first tasks for the new director. “Master of Arts in Economics” is a flagship of our academic programs and a real “calling card” of NES. In the process of audit, a team of international experts which also includes NES alumni will evaluate whether MAE is, as before, meeting the best world standards for higher education. I wish Sergey the best of luck in his new position”, - said NES Rector Ruben Enikolopov.
Sergey Izmalkov was awarded a Master of Arts in Economics degree at NES in 1997. Prior to this, he graduated from the Moscow State Lomonosov University with a Diploma in Mathematics. In 2002, Sergey received his PhD in Economics at the Pennsylvania State University. His main field of research is game and auction theory, economic mechanism design and market analysis.
Grigory Kosenok led MAE since autumn 2016. “I thank Grigory for his great contribution into MAE’s success and his commitment to his duties which he entered in rather difficult times. His importance for the academic life will remain very high as Grigory belongs to the tenured professors of NES”, - Ruben Enikolopov emphasized.
NES Master in Economics is the first NES program launched in 1992 when the School was founded. MAE is intended for students pursuing academic career in finance, consulting and analytics, or academic field.
