On the 5th of April students had a trip to Google that was organized by NES International Office.
Venisa Chu, the Head of the MBA program at HKUST, who have come to Russia for the first time, said that the trip to Google's Moscow Office was definitely something to remember. Google is the biggest technology company in the world and the number of staff in the Moscow office reaches 150. Google is also famous for its attentive attitude towards its employees. It can be seen by the way they organized their office, where employees can find everything they need for work and leisure.
During the trip, MBA students had many opportunities for discussion. Google employees explained, that they saw their role primarily in promoting the advertising business model of the technological giant, providing system support to perspective advertisers as well as working on identifying important market trends.
NES actively negotiates with HKUST directorship in order to expand cooperation with the Skolkovo Education Hub and create joint educational programs and student exchange programs.
