Mr. Milyukov decided to extend his financial support for the new year. Anatoly Milyukov’s personal scholarships are being awarded since 2015. They are based on social criterion and assigned to students facing financial hardships. Over the last three academic years, 26 students received a support. Four scholarship holders, later, entered PhD programs of the world leading universities.
This kind of need-based scholarships empower talented and eager to learn young people to concentrate on their studies and realize their potential in full.
