QS Agency published its annual Rating of Eastern Europe and Central Asia Universities. NES took first place, according to the citations per paper indicator. Furthermore, the School belongs to the top 100 of the EECA Region and is in the top 3 QS Universities teaching economics in Russia.
Lomonosov Moscow State University, Saint-Petersburg State University, and Novosibirsk State University are the country's best higher educational institutions, according to QS.
The EECA Region University Ranking 2020 comprises 568 universities from 24 countries and publishes the top 350 universities. Russia contributes 104 of the 350 institutions listed. The Ranking is based on 10 selected indicators, among them – learning experience, research quality, and global presence.
