In 2021, NES launched two business education programs developed in cooperation with international associations AIWM and SFAA. Graduates of the programs, having studied the world's best practices in the area of wealth management, receive a NES diploma and international certificates: AWM (basic level) and CIWM (expert level).
The success of the NES programs was recognized with the prestigious HR Summit 2022 Grand Prix Award. This year, more than 60 companies took part in the competition. The Crystal Pyramid Award was established in 2011 by the Organizing Committee of the Summit in cooperation with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The Annual HR Summit rewards the leading practices in the area of company and HR management, with attention to human capital management and companies implementing advanced HR methods and technologies.
