His major is in economics and applied mathematics. David is going to join the French treasury after graduating. He had the opportunity to make a summer internship, and I wished to work on social sciences oriented topics. As part of homework of economy of inequalities development course, he read Irina Denisova’s paper “Poverty is no crime: measuring poverty in russian regions”. (Going to Russia, from a cultural and linguistic point of view, was a great oppotunity for David). He is supervised by Gunes Gokmen, Senior Research Fellow of the CSDSI.
